Can we first conduct a pilot or small-scale trial before finalizing the collaboration?
+
We support laboratory-scale trials and on-site pilot tests, using real water samples to verify treatment performance and costs. After the pilot test meets the required standards, we proceed with scaled-up design, thereby reducing the customer’s investment risk.
Is the equipment energy-intensive, and is its operation and maintenance challenging?
+
ED has low energy consumption, and DD requires no electricity, being driven solely by concentration differences, resulting in low overall operating costs. The equipment features a high degree of automation and simple operation; we provide free training, making the O&M threshold very low.
How long is the service life of the membrane module, and how is after-sales support ensured?
+
The standard diaphragm has a service life of ≥5 years, and the membrane stack features a triple-leak-proof design, ensuring stability and durability. We offer 24/7 technical support, on-site commissioning, regular inspections, and rapid spare parts delivery.
Do the equipment and membrane materials have relevant certifications?
+
The membrane stack and equipment are designed and manufactured in accordance with national standards, and the company has obtained ISO certification for quality management and occupational health and safety. The core technology has been granted an invention patent, and the membrane performance has reached internationally advanced and domestically leading levels.
Does the project comply with environmental regulations and emission standards?
+
All processes adhere to the principles of zero discharge and resource recovery, with effluent that can meet Surface Water Class III standards, be reused, or be crystallized into salt. All cases have passed environmental protection acceptance, generate no secondary pollution, and comply with national environmental protection regulations.
What is the cooperation process like?
+
The process is: requirements communication → water sample testing → solution design → quotation and contract signing → production and manufacturing → installation and commissioning → acceptance and operation & maintenance. We support conducting small-scale or pilot-scale trials to verify performance before scaling up for industrial implementation.
Can your equipment be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries?
+
It can be used in scenarios such as salt removal from soy sauce and the desalination and purification of amino acids, L-carnitine, and betaine. The organic matter rejection rate exceeds 95%, and it has served well-known enterprises including Luhua, Haitian, and Hengtai Pharmaceutical.
How have your company’s membrane products performed in lithium extraction from salt lakes?
+
ED achieves a lithium recovery rate of ≥90%, with lithium concentrations in the concentrate exceeding 20 g/L, and a stable boron removal rate of 88%–91%. The membrane performance is on par with leading international brands and has been operating stably in salt lake projects across multiple provinces.
What problem does the diffusion dialysis DD equipment primarily address?
+
It is primarily used for the resourceful recovery of inorganic waste acids, such as those generated in aluminum profile anodizing, titanium dioxide production, and stainless steel pickling. It can efficiently recover hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and phosphoric acid, with a metal retention rate exceeding 95% and an acid recovery rate of 80%–90%.
What are the main applications of electrodialysis (ED) equipment?
+
It is suitable for applications such as lithium extraction from salt lakes, wastewater treatment in new-energy lithium batteries, zero‑discharge of desulfurization wastewater from chemical plants and power plants, organic‑matter desalination, mixed‑salt separation, and the production of acids and alkalis from salts. It has numerous proven cases in the resource recovery of high‑salinity wastewater and lithium enrichment.
Besides selling membranes and equipment, what other services do you offer?
+
We provide end-to-end solutions, including process design, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning, operation and maintenance training, and integrated after-sales service. We can tailor the process to meet customers’ specific water quality requirements.
What membrane products and equipment does your company primarily offer?
+
Its main products include homogeneous ion-exchange membranes, electrodialysis (ED) and diffusion dialysis (DD) equipment, and membrane stacks, covering a full range of products such as conventional desalination/concentration membranes, acid–base recovery membranes, monovalent/divalent selective membranes, and bipolar membranes.
